"Subdued, textural and very good. Redcurrant, aniseed, a wet clay savouriness, nashi pear. It’s fine and soft in acidity, yet still fresh, with a smooth powdery texture, maybe a tangerine juiciness, and a pretty long and zesty finish. Very good."
